Myers Grip 6" Banjo Pickup

The Grip 6” banjo pickup is a great solution to solve your amplifying needs for the banjo. The battery-powered preamp will give you all of the power you need without any outside power needed like phantom power. Easily attach the banjo pickup to the rivets of the banjo making it virtually unnoticeable. The 1/4” jack makes it extremely easy to plug into any amp, speaker or mixing board. Have full control with the volume knob attached to the preamp. Easily turn up and down and stay in full control of your sound with the benefit of muting for smooth live transitions.

The Grip 6” Banjo pickup has a 6” banjo microphone extending from the preamp enclosure. This length makes it convenient to move the micro-gooseneck microphone to any desired position. The gooseneck-microphones will hold that position giving you a consistent and clear sound throughout the entire live show or recording. No more worrying about changes in sound and gain because of movement, become full free to express your music while playing without sacrificing the sound.

Myers Feather Banjo Pickup

This is our most versatile pickup because it easily attaches to any instrument. It is especially suitable to the banjo because the micro-gooseneck attaches to the banjo and extends out 4ft to the battery-powered preamp. Easily attach the preamp to your pocket or belt and you will have full control of the volume, right at your side. Our banjo pickups are compatible with most every wireless pack available, allowing you to achieve ultimate freedom on stage without sacrificing the constant and clear tone of your banjo.

The microphone easily attaches to the banjo with the help of our Saddle Clip. Attach the Saddle Clip to the brackets of your banjo and the microphone will stay in place, no matter where you move or turn. Cork and rubber pads are provided so there is no damage or scratching of your banjo. This also allows for a more secure attachment.

Depending on the style of banjo you are playing, another attachment that may work for you is our Feather Clip. This attachment easily holds the micro-gooseneck microphone in place and securely clips on to the banjo. The rubber boots help to keep the clip in place and prevent any damage to your instrument.

Myers Feather Clear Banjo Pickup

The next Banjo microphone available has the same design as the Feather pickup, except the difference is more aesthetic. With a clear 4ft long microphone, the Myers Feather Clear Banjo Pickup becomes virtually unnoticeable, without sacrificing any of the authentic tones and qualities of the regular Feather Banjo Microphone. The microphone extends from your banjo and is attached to the same preamp as above. Easily control the volume, right at your side. With the 1/4” output, you can easily plug into any pedal or amp that you would like, giving you endless possibilities of sound, delay and reverb.

Along with the Feather Clear flute microphone, you will also receive clear Saddle Clips. Simply attach the clip onto your banjo and you have a secure and consistent placement that won’t fluctuate when you are performing on stage. You will still have the Feather Clip as well if that is a better fit for your banjo.
